With over 30 years of experience in the finance industry, Damien's leadership brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Ross & Co. Finance Brokers. His career began in 1988 with BankSA, where he held a variety of positions including Customer Service Manager for 5 years. Damien also has experience in accounting and rural finance management, and served as Agribusiness Manager for CBA for 7 years. With a strong agricultural background and extensive experience working in the Upper and Lower South East and the Eyre Peninsula, Damien is uniquely qualified to understand the challenges and opportunities facing his clients. Damien is passionate about providing tailored solutions and founded Ross & Co. Finance Brokers to do just that. He later brought in Sian, David, and Kassie to better serve clients and expand their range of services. Together, Ross & Co. Finance Brokers is committed to providing personalized financial solutions that meet the unique needs of their clients, backed by their collective expertise and commitment to client success.
Sian has been working in finance since 2011, starting her career in banking before transitioning to home lending in 2013. Over the years, she has helped many individuals and families in Naracoorte achieve their dream of owning a home or investment property.
In 2021, Sian joined forces with Damien to offer an all-rounded service under Ross Financial Solutions. With 12 years of experience in residential lending, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Sian has a deep understanding of the local community and has a flair for self-employed income applications.
